Mandy was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy and LSU. Prior to working for Maddie's Footprints she worked as an elementary school teacher for 20+ years in the Baton Rouge Area. Mandy and her husband, George, have four children, Talbot, Gabriela, Carter, and Evelyn. Mandy has put in many hours of volunteer work in addition to teaching. She has volunteered multiple years on her children's school Auction Committee, Advisory Board and Athletic Board. When she is not working with Maddie’s or volunteering, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, cheering on the LSU Tigers, and watching her kids' sporting events. She is very excited to be a part of Maddie’s Footprints and is committed to bringing awareness and raising funds in the Baton Rouge community.
Ashley Stroder | Program Director

Born and raised in Maurice, LA, Ashley attended ULL where she obtained her Sociology degree. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and then went on to receive her Master's in Social Work from LSU. Ashley now resides in Breaux Bridge with her husband, Marcus, and two children, Carson and Caroline. For the past 10 years Ashley has specialized in helping families deal with grief and loss. These topics have formed a very special place in her heart which has led her to become passionate about helping those in need during some of the most difficult times of their lives. Ashley is looking forward to continuing this journey with the same amount of passion as she takes on this new role as Program Director at Maddie's Footprints. She looks forward to meeting new faces and joining others in need as she begins this new chapter in her life.
Stephanie Larriviere | Event & Marketing Director, Acadiana

Stephanie, a Lafayette native and LSU alumna, is passionate about authentic communication and meaningful connections. A former teacher with a robust background in event planning, public relations, and content creation, Stephanie brings 15+ years of experience as a communications professional. She has managed marketing campaigns across diverse industries and contributed to the growth of local organizations including the Leadership Institute of Acadiana, Vitalant, and Lafayette Mom.
A graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXVI and a 2023 “20 Under 40” honoree, Stephanie is deeply involved in her community as a parent volunteer and drama teacher with CYT. She is the proud mom of Addison, her spirited tween daughter. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys musical theater, true crime documentaries, and staging one-woman Eras Tour performances in her car (audience optional). She is thrilled to be part of the Maddie's Footprints team!
